Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are both interested in signing Lassana Diarra, according to reports from Spain.
Diarra enjoyed a fruitful campaign with Marseille last season and as a result, the Frenchman has been able to attract the interest from a number of clubs this summer.
The likes of Valencia and Galatasaray are currently said to be keen on signing Diarra but United and Spurs remain linked with the 31-year-old former Arsenal and Real Madrid man to add depth to their respective squads.
It is understood that Valencia are on the verge of offering Diarra a three-year contract worth £3million while Turkish giants Galatasaray are hoping to trump that by tabling an annual salary of around £4.25m.
