AS Roma midfielder Kevin Strootman has decided to leave Italy to sort out his knee woes.
A top target for Manchester United, Strootman is flying to Holland to sort out his knee after a recurrence of the injury he suffered last season.
Strootman was forced off after 34 minutes in Roma's 1-1 draw with Fiorentina, and according to reports in Italy is flying to his homeland for further tests.
Strootman has only started four times this season, playing 319 minutes in total in Serie A.
