Man Utd target Lindelof in middle of agents row

Manchester United's pursuit of Benfica defender Victor Lindelof could stall over an agents row.

The Swede is being linked with United, Bayern Munich and Barcelona, among several European giants.

However, his former agent, Per Jonsson, is seeking compensation, reports Maisfutebol, after the defender chose to negotiate a new deal on his own.

Jonsson wants the compo from a deal signed in 2015 and has leveled a complaint with the Swedish FA.

"I followed all the rules. According to FIFA I have the right to negotiate my contract. I took this decision because I felt that things were not being managed in the best way and, therefore, decided to negotiate on a personal level," argues Lindelof.
