Manchester United are waiting on injury news from Brazil over fullback Fabio da Silva.

Brazil overcame Gabon 2-0 on a flooded pitch and, the dangerous surface did not help Fabio's cause as the Selecao's right-back was on the receiving end of a studs-up tackle in the 23rd minute that probably would have brought Charly Mousono a red card in a competitive match.

Instead, the home player received a booking and Fabio was withdrawn at the interval.
