Manchester United boss David Moyes HAS authorised a contract offer to captain Nemanja Vidic.
The Daily Mail says Vidic has an offer to extend at United but will consider options from abroad and among those interested will be Barcelona. Vidic has long held an ambition to go to Spain and was keen to follow his close friend Cristiano Ronaldo to Real Madrid.
On the day his agent in Italy was warning he was unlikely to sign new terms with United, Vidic was playing - and scoring - for his team at Sunderland.
