CSKA Moscow are pricing goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev out of a move to Manchester United.

The Russia international has seen a £25 million price-tag slapped on him by CSKA chiefs.

Akinfeev is high on Sir Alex Ferguson's list of targets as he searches for Edwin Van der Sar's long-term successor.

The Scot was hugely impressed by the 23-year-old in his side's two recent Champions League clashes with CSKA.

The Russians are desperate to keep Akinfeev, valued at £14m by United.
