Man Utd struggling to fill Old Trafford for Liverpool showdown

Manchester United are struggling to fill Old Trafford for tomorrow's blockbuster against Liverpool.

The Sun says United are offering fans tickets to tomorrow's grudge match against Liverpool to try to ensure Old Trafford is full for the title run-in.

United sent a text message to all non-season ticket holders yesterday to make the shock offer.

The Liverpool game would be part of a package covering all of United's remaining home league matches.

Supporters have complained over big price hikes in recent years.
