James Wilson is hoping he can finally get to playing some football with Sheffield United.

The 22-year-old has made just 20 first-team appearances for United since making his debut in 2014.

The Blades are Wilson's third loan club, and the former England U21 international is hoping to get plenty minutes at Bramall Lane.

"I'm delighted to have joined Sheffield United and this is a great opportunity for both the club and me personally," said Wilson.

"I'm sure the opportunities will come for me to get some football and hopefully I can help the team in the weeks and months ahead."
