Man Utd striker Will Keane thrilled with first team breakthrough

Manchester United striker Will Keane was thrilled to make his first team debut against Blackburn Rovers.

Both Will and twin brother Michael Keane have tasted first team action this season.

Will told manutd.com: "Yes, definitely. At the start of the season, the aim was just to progress in the Reserves and do as well as I could. Getting a call for the first-team [for the 3-2 home defeat to Blackburn] was a very proud moment and I just wanted to do well. It wasn't a great result but I made my debut and was just glad to play.

"Obviously the team wanted to win and it was an important game. But, for me personally, I was just buzzing to get on. It was amazing. I had a few chances to score as well but Chris Samba blocked one from me. It was a great feeling to get on and I've got to try to push on from here."
