Manchester United striker Robin van Persie admits he's been fortunate with the coaches he's worked with during his career.

The Dutch ace is lucky to have found the stability he enjoyed at Arsenal under Arsene Wenger.

"I have had special trainers. All in their own way. Van Marwijk, Wenger, Van Basten, Ferguson. Piece by piece very special," Van Persie said.

"I think I'm the only player to ever work under Wenger and Ferguson. That is quite special."

Of course, Mikael Silvestre also played for Wenger and Ferguson during his career.
