Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney says Rio Ferdinand's return is key to their Quintuple bid.
He said: "In the last few weeks we've been sloppy defensively and it's not been good enough. But having Rio back in the team was a big plus for us and we looked solid."
The Red Devils now march on Wembley for an FA Cup semi with Everton, Rooney's old club.
Rooney said: "I've scored a few goals at Wembley for England but I'd love to open my account there for United on Sunday. And if I can score the goal that gets us to the final, then that will be even better."
