Man Utd striker Lukaku: We should've scored more against Burnley

Romelu Lukaku believes Manchester United should have scored more goals in Sunday's 2-0 win over Burnley.

The Belgian scored both goals at Turf Moor as United lifted themselves back up into tenth place on the Premier League table.

Speaking after the match, Lukaku reckons United were unlucky to put more goals on the scoreboard.

"I hoped for the hat-trick in the second half and I think I should have got a penalty on the last one. I don't dive, I'm not a player who dives," he said. "But, anyway, I am happy with the two goals, I am happy with the win, the way we played and now we have to continue and bring this consistency to the next games.

"It could have been more and [the result] does not tell the story. We should have scored more in the first half and more in the second half, but, you know what, we played better than we did last season and there was a big improvement in our play. The fans want to see that, they want us to dominate, they want to see us creating chances and the goals will come."
