Dimitar Berbatov lost his cool at Manchester United last week, it has been revealed.
The People says Berbatov has been suffering a difficult time on the substitutes’ bench recently – and his frustration boiled over in midweek as he stormed out of Old Trafford.
Sir Alex Ferguson was seen laughing on TV with No.2 Mike Phelan as Berbatov sulked in the dugout during United’s Champions League win over Marseille.
After the game, the angry forward jumped over metal barriers to avoid the Press and he also snubbed autograph hunters.
Berbatov has less than 18 months left on his contract, but wants firm assurances he is still part of United’s future plans.
