Manchester United ace Dimitar Berbatov is fired up about having a big game against Inter Milan tonight.

"I came here to win the Champions League," he said.

"Manchester United are capable of doing that again. We have the team and the players."

Berbatov stressed he is not underestimating Inter, who have powered clear at the top of Serie A in very similar fashion to the way United have surged away from the rest at home.

It is just in the time he has been with the Red Devils, he has seen how much quality his team-mates have. And he sees no reason to be in fear of anyone.

"We are facing a very good team tomorrow," he admitted.

"But we have good players as well. It will be a great game to watch and hopefully we can take a good result back to Old Trafford for the second leg."

Berbatov accepts the wisdom of his decision to join United can only be assessed once his four-year contract reaches its conclusion.

But so far, the former Bayer Leverkusen forward has no reason to complain.

"I joined United to develop," he said.

"I feel I am doing that more and more. But only time will tell whether I was right or not."
