Man Utd still angry over Middlesbrough's Pogatetz tackle

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson wants Middlesbrough's Emanuel Pogatetz to face further punishment. The Boro skipper was dismissed for a horror tackle on Rodrigo Possebon at Old Trafford on Tuesday.

The Old Trafford chief does not feel an automatic three-match ban from the Football Association is enough.

"I am pleased the referee acted so firmly with a red card for an offence which I think the FA should consider further," Ferguson told United Review.

"There is no place in football for that kind of challenge."
