Manchester United wonderkid Marcus Rashford will have no problems with dealing with pressure at the European Championships says former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson.
Rashford has enjoyed a meteoric rise since breaking into the United first team back in February and the striker is now on the verge of making his debut for the England national team in a friendly encounter against Australia on Friday night.
There is a strong possibility that Rashford will be included in the final 23-man England squad heading to France for Euro2016 and former Three Lions boss Eriksson feels that the 18-year-old will have no problems whatsoever in dealing with the pressure that comes with playing in such a huge tournament.
Eriksson told The Sun: "Pressure? Are you telling me that it was too much pressure when Wayne Rooney was at the Euros in 2004, when he was only 18?
"Rashford has already shown he can handle big pressure.
"He has come straight into one of the biggest teams in the world and it hasn't scared him, he has done so well."
