Germany manager Joachim Low has revealed that midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger is in major doubt for his side's all-important European Championship qualifying clash against Georgia.
Schweinsteiger picked up a thigh problem in training and missed Germany's 1-0 defeat at the hands of Republic of Ireland in Dublin on Thursday night.
The loss against Ireland means that Germany will have to claim all three points from their game against Georgia in Leipzig on Sunday but Low is not too optimistic regarding Manchester United midfielder Schweinsteiger's chances of recovering in time for the clash.
Low said: "For Schweinsteiger I will need to see. The medical staff said two or three days rest."
