Saint-Etienne defender Kurt Zouma is back on the radar of Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson. The Daily Mail says Ferguson has identified France Under 19 centre back Zouma as another summer transfer target.

Ferguson wants to buy a long-term replacement for Nemanja Vidic at the end of the season.

The United boss is keeping a close eye on St Etienne's Zouma, 18, a player tipped to be one of his country's best.

Zouma has been offered a new contract at St Etienne, so United may have to move this summer if they want to buy him for his £8m valuation.
