Manchester United skipper Nemanja Vidic has praised the man-management of Sir Alex Ferguson.

Vidic's comments in the wake of a blast from Fulham striker Dimitar Berbatov.

"He is really a person who knows how to deal with people," declared Vidic.

"I think this is a very important thing - how to deal with the players and what to expect from individuals.

"You cannot be the same with every player and he knows the way to get the best out of the players. This is the best part, I would say, of him."
