Man Utd skipper Neville taunts rivals over manager changes

Manchester United captain Gary Neville's says the club's long-term success is down to it's stability.

"I see the way other clubs are run and I know the foundations at this club are solid and sturdy," he told the People. "The foundations at a lot of other clubs are built on sand in the way decisions are made and the continual change of managers.

"One of the reasons for our great success has been the normality that's reigned here.

"The club has stayed loyal to people. Those are basic principles that should run through any industry.

"Manchester United were loyal to the manager in his early years when he was putting the structures he needed in place - and the last 16 years he has repaid them with unrivalled success.

"He keeps a control over the whole club in the way he instils the right qualities into everyone.

"The other key thing is his decision making. He makes the right decisions and does the right things - that's why he's been able to keep winning trophies."
