Manchester United captain Gary Neville says they go to Japan next week determined to win the Club World Championship.
"To play at a Club World Cup is reward for what the players achieved last season for winning the Champions League," said the 33-year-old.
"It was an amazing season winning the league and European Cup so we deserve to be in this tournament.
"We have to go out there and show what we did last season meant we were worthy champions, represent Britain and do ourselves proud.
"But we have to make sure we win the tournament. There is no point going out there if we are not going to win it.
"It is not a break for us where we can go and put our feet up."
