Manchester United signing Manucho Gonvalves struck twice for Angola in their 3-1 African Nations Cup victory over Senegal.
Newcastle midfielder Abdoulaye Faye headed Senegal into the lead midway through the first half but Manucho, who agreed a three-and-a-half-year deal at Old Trafford last month, struck with a close-ranger header in the 50th minute before scrambling in a second 17 minutes later.
Flavio Amado added the third goal 12 minutes from time to put Angola in a strong position in Group D. Manucho now has three goals in the tournament.
