Trabzonspor midfielder Yusuf Yazici is interesting Manchester United.

Fotomac reports United sent scout Kevin Stonehouse to watch Yazici on the weekend.

The 20-year-old has been dubbed the new Mesut Ozil by his fans and is one of Turkey's brightest young talents.

Liverpool and Everton cast their over him last week, but United have now entered the race to sign him.

It is said Stonehouse was impressed with the player's “football intelligence" after watching him in action against Fenerbahce on Saturday.
