Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic has hinted that he may retire from international football following the World Cup.

The 28-year old centre-half and vice-captain of the Serbian national team says after South Africa 2010 he may decide to concentrate on club football.

"This may be my last World Cup," he said. "I will be 29 in October and I want to achieve success with Serbia. I have always tried to give my best in the Serbia shirt.

"There have been some bad and some good games, but I think my approach has always been at the highest level."
