Manchester United winger Zoran Tosic is hoping he can return to German Bundesliga outfit FC Koln after a successful loan stint recently.
The 23-year old Serbian struggled for regular game time with United but thrived in Germany, scoring five times in 12 appearances, and admitted that if he was to come back to Old Trafford and have the same issues, he would love to go back to Koln.
"If United want me back I will be very happy to return, but I don't want to go back there and be in the same situation as last year - I want a more important role in the set-up," he told Serbian TV station b92.
"I feel great here, but it remains to be seen what Manchester United will say because it's up to them. I have a contract with the club and it's their decision.
"If that's not what United want, then I will have a look at alternative options.
"I've spoken to Koln officials and they told me they would like to see me wear the team's shirt next season."
