Manchester United skipper Gary Neville believes it is wrong that some managers are allowed to lead clubs even though they do not have full qualifications.
Middlesbrough's Gareth Southgate, Newcastle interim boss Alan Shearer and failed Blackburn manager Paul Ince have not earned their full accreditation and Neville says that it should be looked at.
"The FA and The Premier League have to stand up and be counted," he told The Times.
"They have to start taking a tougher stand.
"Players are getting the jobs without the badges. They couldn't be bothered or they didn't have time or played at the top so they think, 'Why do I have to do it?'"
