Scotland midfielder Darren Fletcher insists the entire playing group are behind manager Craig Levein.
The Scots boss is attracting plenty of criticism following his side's mediocre beginning to 2014 World Cup qualifying but Manchester United's Fletcher says that everybody is pulling in the right direction despite two home draws and a 2-1 loss to Wales in their opening three fixtures.
"We will rally round the manager. We believe in him," said Fletcher.
"The lads are disappointed for the gaffer because we really wanted to do it for him. We wanted to get behind him in, put in a performance and get the result. Obviously we didn't do it.
"The players stay behind him. A know a lot of people sometimes say that in football but this is genuine."
