Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand could be in a spot of bother with the Football Association following today's FA Cup quarter-final draw with Chelsea.
The centre-back pushed Fernando Torres to the ground by the back of his head then trod on his heel late in the 2-2 draw at Old Trafford and may come under video scrutiny as the referee had his back turned at the time of the incident.
It capped off a poor week for Ferdinand who showed unsporting behaviour when he got right up in the face of Turkish referee Cuneyt Cakir, clapping sarcastically, after teammate Nani was sent off in the Champions League loss to Real Madrid.
