David De Gea has sustained a finger injury while training with the Spain national team.
AS reports that the 24-year old Manchester United goalkeeper aggravated an old injury when trying to save a shot from Paco Alcacer at the Nuevo Colombino Stadium in Huelva.
La Furia Roja are preparing for Saturday's Euro2016 qualifier with Belarus and Tuesday's friendly with World Champions Germany but it appears certain that De Gea will now be rested for both fixtures.
United will be hoping the problem is not too serious so their number one gloveman can be available for the November 22 Premier League meeting with Arsenal.
