Manchester United risk losing Carlos Tevez.

The News of the World says the Argentina striker has told pals he is disappointed no move has been made to convert his two-year loan deal into a permanent one.

A source revealed: "Carlos is in a quandary. He loves United but cannot afford to let his current arrangement continue for too long.

"Unless there is something on the table by the end of the year he will have to look at alternatives as his future will be so uncertain."
