Manchester United risk cocking up their signing ceremony for Jose Mourinho.

The Daily Mail says there is a possibility Mourinho's initial press conference as United boss will not take place until after Euro 2016, which is also the case with Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.

However, the idea of delaying Mourinho's first official appearance until July is complicated by his commitments next week as manager of the celebrity England side playing in the 10th Soccer Aid charity match, which will be staged at Old Trafford on June 5.

The publicity around that ITV-televised game, including a media day at Harlequins' Stoop ground on June 2, will inevitably see Mourinho questioned about United in every interview, which the club will be powerless to control.
