Man Utd recruit Hernandez knows his new teammates from PlayStation

Manchester United signing Javier Hernandez admits he only knows his new teammates from playing the PlayStation.

The Mexico striker will come up against a couple of Red Devils (Wayne Rooney and Rio Ferdinand) on Monday in a friendly with England but says it is the first time he will realise that his dream of signing with one of the world's biggest clubs has come a reality.

"Suddenly I'm going to be playing with the players I know from PlayStation and television," said Hernandez.

"I'm living a dream and I thank God I'm living it. I got goose-bumps when I realised I would be joining Manchester United.

"These are the things that you dream about. I longed for a move to Europe when I was a kid watching lots of football on television.

"I'm just full of gratitude to those who helped me accomplish this."
