Manchester United, Real Madrid, Arsenal and Chelsea all have scouts watching Santos teenager Neymar at the Copa Sao Paulo youth tournament this month.
The 15 year-old attacking midfielder has already attracted offers from United and Real, while he is also on Arsenal and Chelsea's radar leading into the summer market.
Neymar is regarded as a bigger talent at the same age as Ronaldinho (Barcelona) and Kaka (AC Milan).
