Man Utd ready to take advantage of Iniesta Barcelona row

Manchester United boss David Moyes is determined to test Barcelona's resolve with a bid for Andres Iniesta in January. Contract negotiations with the Catalan giants have broken down and United boss Moyes could now capitalise.

Reports suggest he is becoming increasingly frustrated at developments on the pitch under new boss Gerardo Martino.

And the Daily Mail says he also still bears a grudge over the sacking of physio Emili Ricart, who was dismissed before the start of the season despite helping Iniesta recover from a series of troublesome knee injuries.
