Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has added to his scouting team, raiding Atletico Madrid for Gerardo Guzman.
Ideal says Guzman will join next month and will head up United's scouting operations in Spain, with the focus on academy talent.
He follows Tottenham's youth coach Kieran McKenna and Brazilian scout Sandro Orlandelli to Old Trafford in the last few days.
Guzman's arrival at Atletico in 2009 coincided with a remarkable rise which has seen them win La Liga and reach two Champions League finals.
He's also worked with Villarreal and Jaen.
