Manchester United have tempted Kieran McKenna away from Tottenham.
The Daily Mail says McKenna has been coaching Tottenham's Under-18 side and has moved to United to fill the void left by Paul McGuinness, who left in February.
He began working at Carrington on Thursday but starts officially on Monday.
United are continuing to overhaul their academy as they look to restore a flow of talented younger players who can push for the first team.
United's Under-18s beat Everton 5-1 at the weekend with Angel Gomes coming off the bench to score a hat-trick. New Swiss signing Nishan Burkhart and DJ Buffonge completed the scoring.
