Man Utd, Portsmouth target Krasic wants Premiership move

CSKA Moscow winger Milos Krasic fancies a move to the Premiership.

Manchester United emerged as suitors of the 23-year-old over the weekend after watching him in action last week, while Harry Redknapp's Portsmouth are also keeping tabs on the situation.

Krasic, who is one of the most highly-rated forwards in Russian football, operates from the right flank.

He is now ready to quit the Russian capital and his stance is likely to result in a scramble for his signature come January.

The interest in Krasic is not only coming from England with the likes of Hamburg, Werder Bremen, Porto and PSG all big fans of his.

"I think that the time has come for me to leave CSKA after several seasons which have been a fantastic success," he told Serbian newspaper Vecernje Novosti.

"The club are aware of my wish to move, although money is not a problem for them. Anyway I have personal ambitions and my wish is to play in England, I know that they [several English clubs] have been following me for a while.

"I am waiting until the end of the [Russian] season in November, when I hope to win a Champions League place with CSKA and after that we will have discussions. I know that offers will be sent next month."
