Manchester United are being linked with Besiktas midfielder Oguzhan Ozyakup.
Deporte Valenciano says United are interested in signing the 23-year-old former Arsenal midfielder.
It is claimed the Gunners are also keen while Valencia are lining him up as a replacement for Andre Gomes, who has completed a move to Barcelona.
Besiktas will reportedly cash in for around £16.8m (€20m).
Ozyakup, who has won 23 caps for his country, is currently under contract until 2018.
Besiktas' president Fikret Orman has previously talked up a move for Ozyakup to Old Trafford, reports the Daily Star.
He said: "When Ozyakup leaves Besiktas it will be for Manchester United, Barcelona or Real Madrid. A club of that calibre."
