Manchester United teammates rallied around a tearful Rafael after his sending off against Bayern Munich.

The right-back, 19, was sent off in the 50th minute of Wednesday's Champions League quarter-final second-leg tie with Bayern Munich after getting two silly yellow cards.

Midfielder Darren Fletcher revealed: "He's disappointed. We've got to rally round him.

"He's got a bright future but has to learn from the situation. He's going to play a big part for United. He's a talented lad - it's harsh really."
