Manchester United players are stunned by the distance Jose Mourinho has put between them.

The Times says Mourinho leaves his training sessions to his assistant Rui Faria.

Mourinho watches from a distance or even works from his office during training.

He will instruct his players at the start of the session then he'll disappear to his desk. And on some occasions the former Chelsea boss doesn't return and the remainder of training is in Faria's hands.

Mourinho's approach with the Premier League giants has reportedly left United's players disappointed.
