Manchester United fullback Fabio da Silva is set to join Cardiff City in the coming days.
The Mirror says Cardiff boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer worked with Fabio when he was on the United coaching staff and, with his contract up in the summer, has talked the 23-year-old into joining him at the Bluebirds for a bargain fee.
Cardiff have to buy Fabio as they are also going to sign his Old Trafford colleague Wilfried Zaha on loan and the Premier League do not allow clubs to loan two players to one of their top-flight rivals.
