Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea is set to sign a new deal that will see his wage increase by £15,000 a week.
The Spanish keeper's current deal expires in 2016 and discussions have begun over a two-year extension that will see him earn £75,000 a week, says the Daily Star Sunday.
Reports suggested that Barcelona were interested in luring De Gea back to La Liga but a new deal at Old Trafford would make it difficult for them to tempt him away.
