Manchester United are ready to offer £20 million for Tottenham winger Gareth Bale.
The Daily Express says United have made the 20 year-old one of their prime targets this summer, although Manchester City and Inter Milan are also thought to be monitoring the situation.
Bale has been a revelation for Tottenham since being converted by manager Harry Redknapp from a full-back to a left wing.
Spurs reportedly turned down bids for Bale from City and Inter last year, and Redknapp said: "It would have scared me to death to have sold him. I knew what he had."
