Manchester United are at odds with the Belgium FA over Marouane Fellaini's planned wrist surgery.
United are already without midfielder Michael Carrick for up to eight weeks with an Achilles problem, and Fellaini needs surgery that could keep him out for 10 weeks, sys the Mirror.
Belgium want the midfielder to go under the knife as soon as possible so he is fully fit for the World Cup next summer, but the Reds are keen to delay treatment.
Medics from both sides are in talks about the problem.
