Manchester United have opened talks with Magnus Eikrem over a new deal.
Eikrem's existing deal runs out at the end of the season but talkSPORT says talks are currently ongoing in order to tie the talented star down to a new contract.
The midfielder is expected to join Molde on-loan in January.
