Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin has no doubts the Premier League is the world's No1 competition.
Schneiderlin concedes winning the domestic title is more important than Champions League glory.
He told France Football: "Yes. Although no English club has reached the final of the C1 in the last three seasons, the Premier League, the Championship is where we take the most pleasure.
"You never know who will win, there is an intensity, a desire. When you go to play at Bournemouth, you take pleasure, it is something crazy. It's a small stadium where the atmosphere is extraordinary.
"Aston Villa has an incredible stadium. The facilities of English clubs, stadiums and training centres, are exceptional. And how the football player is considered also.
"When you're a footballer, it is all about playing in England."
