Manchester United midfielder Davide Petrucci is enjoying his loan with Peterborough United.
Although the Championship club are in a real battle against relegation, the 21-year-old is keen to add his qualities to the mix, particularly after being an unused substitute last time out, and has been made to feel welcome at his new club.
"I like it here," he told MUTV. "It's a new experience for me and I'm very excited. Hopefully, I can do well here.
"It's a great thing to have, knowing that he [Sir Alex] speaks to his son every day so you want to do as well as you can every day so he can hopefully tell him something good and I can go back there and play.
"I think 80 per cent of players do this step. Unless you're Wayne Rooney or a player like that, you have to start in the Championship and get experience. I want to do well and hopefully go back to United and play one day for the first team."
