Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic hailed David de Gea's influence for their 0-0 draw at Liverpool.

De Gea's save to deny Joel Matip earned United a 0-0 draw on Saturday.

Matic was full of praise for his team mate, telling MUTV: "David was as always perfect and that's why he is one of the best goalkeepers in the world and I'm happy that he's playing well and we didn't concede a goal because of him, it's always important for goalkeepers."
