Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard isn't slacking off during his summer break.
Lingard has squeezed in some training while in between various holidays in Dubai, Las Vegas and LA.
The 24-year-old posted a picture of himself at 1am rehydrating after a late workout.
The players will head back to Carrington on July 8, a day before they head out to the USA for their preseason tour.
