Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera has hailed the current form of teammate Jesse Lingard.

The midfielder is enjoying the form of his life and scored - again - in victory at Everton this week.

"Fantastic. When you are like that he has to keep trying [to] shoot, shoot, shoot!" Herrera joked after the win at Goodison Park.

"I am not in that minute! I shoot like three times today and didn't score but I will keep looking for that moment and Jesse has that now.

"He has to keep trying to shoot but the movement he does with us in the team is also amazing. He is very quick at the moment as well. No one can touch him so we are happy for him."

He added: "He wants to improve, he wants to be a fantastic player. You can see in every training session and he's showing it in the games."
